The champagne pleated charmeuse halter dress is my dream gown. The black balancing out what would be otherwise too sweet, I can not help but think that should I ever get married it would be in such a dress. One can dream, cant they?

Balenciaga - The Genius of Nicolas Ghesquière

Today I am loving the beautifully drape-waisted jacket by Balenciaga. Worn as shown, or over skinny jean for a 'thrown on' look. This jackets impeccable tailoring will last for years, making it an investment worthy piece.
Be sure to look for new Balenciaga campaigns in Vogue and Harpers Bazaar, featuring Jennifer Connelly. Although I am NOT a fan of actresses in/on mag's, these particular shots looks great.
